Shipping and Return Policies

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please send an email to sentrylaneinfo@aol.com as soon as possible. Contact by phone as well.

After 24 hours order is in process and can not be canceled.

We can only make changes or cancel orders that have not yet been processed.

Returns

The following return policy applies to all orders completed through this site.

Personalized products are not eligible to be returned.

Clothing can not be returned.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your item. Item must be returned it in its original condition/packaging within 5 days of your receipt of the products.

All returns are required to have a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Merchandise returned without a valid RMA number will be refused.

Send an email to sentrylaneinfo@aol.com to request an RMA number.

All shipping costs to return the items to Sentry Lane are the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursable.

Refunds will be the price you paid for your item minus shipping and handling costs and depending on the item, may incur a  15% restocking fee.

Please allow up to 14 business days after delivery of your returned item to us for refunds to be processed.



Need your order to be expedited?

We charge a $15.00 rush fee so we can process order within 2 business days.  You then have the option to upgrade your shipping.  We currently offer and ship economy shipping.


Damaged Items

We must be notified within 5 days of receipt of damaged merchandise you would like to return.

All returns are required to have a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Merchandise returned without a valid RMA number will be refused.

Must have a copy of the invoice or the shipping document included with all returned merchandise.

Merchandise must be in the original packaging and the original condition.

Refunds will be the price you paid minus the shipping.  Shipping costs to  return items will be the customers responsibility and are not refundable.

Missing Items

Please contact us immediately by email or over the phone. We can usually send out replacements or offer you a refund. To make this process as easy as possible, have the following information: order number, the problem with the order, the exact number of replacements needed, and when they are needed.


Package arrives late

If a package arrives late due to weather or an unforeseen  problem we are not liable for delays.

Please choose appropriate shipping method at check out and allow extra time to help avoid these concerns.
